Accessibility (AODA) Statement 

Our Commitment House of Cedar is committed to providing a barrier-free environment for our customers, contractors, and stakeholders. We strive to provide our wholesale supplies and facilitated services in a manner that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. Service Animals and Support Persons We welcome people with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal or a support person on the parts of our premises that are open to the public at 53-D Observatory Ln, Richmond Hill. We will ensure that all staff and facilitated contractors are trained on how to interact with people with disabilities who are accompanied by service animals or support persons.

Feedback Process In compliance with the AODA, House of Cedar has established a feedback process to ensure we are meeting the needs of our community. 

● Submission: Feedback can be provided via phone, email, or in person. ● Response Timeline: We will acknowledge all accessibility feedback within 5 business days and provide a resolution or plan of action within 15 business days.
